This synopsis solicitation notice is for a Requirements Contract for Vault Pumping Services at the Cle Elum Ranger District of the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest. Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price Requirements Contract. Period of Performance: One-year base period with four one-year option periods (Total 5 years). Anticipated Start Date: May 1, 2026. Anticipated Service dates May 1st- October 31st. Description of Requirement The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies, and incidentals necessary to pump, recharge, and dispose of waste from vault toilets and septic tanks on an as needed basis at 36 locations. Service Locations: Multiple recreation sites within the Cle Elum Ranger District, including areas along Interstate-90, Cle Elum Valley, Teanaway Valley, and Manastash/Taneum. Technical Requirements: Equipment must include a septic pumper truck with a minimum 4-inch suction hose capable of reaching up to 100 feet. Disposal: Waste must be disposed of at state-approved commercial treatment facilities off National Forest Lands. See attached for details and submission requirements.
