The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Farm Production and Conservation Acquisition Division intends to issue Request for Bids (RFB) in accordance with FAR Part 14 on behalf of the USDA - Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) Ohio for the Emergency Watershed Protection (EWP) Green Twonship - Blessing Road. The Green Township project consists of providing EWP services for channel clearing and shaping, pollution control, seeding and mulching, mobilization and demobilization, traffic control etc; according to the specifications document. The solicitation will be a Total Small Business set-aside. Interested contractors must be registered in and must complete the annual representations and certifications electronically via the System for Award Management(SAM) at http://www.sam.gov in order to be eligible for award.

The project site is approximately 1,400 ft north of Smokey Row Rd and approximately 2,000 ft south of Wray Rd. A location map is provided on Sheet 1 of the engineering drawings, and the work limits of the project are outlined on Sheet 3 of the engineering drawings.
