This includes Contracting Activities within: Farm Production and Conservation (FPAC) Food, Nutrition, and Consumer Services (FNCS) Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) Marketing and Regulatory Programs (MRP) Natural Resources and Environment (NRE) Research, Education, and Economics (REE) Rural Development (RD) Departmental Administration (DA) Trade and Agricultural Affairs (TFAA) Acquisitions greater than $25,000 will normally be advertised on the System for Award Management (SAM) website. This notice satisfies the forty day publication requirement set forth in FAR 5.201(d) for acquisitions covered by the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement or a Free Trade Agreement.
