janitorial services are being solicited for multiple facilities at the Lincoln Ranger District, including the main district office (4,389 sq ft), the Main Fire office (364 sq ft, no bathroom), the Small Fire office (195 sq ft, no bathroom), the Fire Warehouse (1,683 sq ft), the Gym/Recreation room (635 sq ft), and four bunkhouses (1,071 sq ft each). A full description of the scope and the submittal instructions are provided in the attachments. Some buildings have no on-site bathrooms, which is a notable site condition.
