This solicitation is being issued under the authority of FAR Part 14 - Sealed Bidding. This is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) will result in award of a firm-fixed price contract. The government intends to award One (1) contract based upon overall low bid. However, the government reserves the right to create single project contract(s) based upon funding availability. This project will involve bridge rehabilitation of a variety of critical findings on bridges 272-2.9, 337-1.8, 508-0.7, 831-2.4, 902-1.1, and 911-2.4 that have been identified through routine safety inspections across the Caney, Kisatchie and Winn Ranger Districts, Kisatchie National Forest, in Claiborne, Rapides and Winn Parishes, Louisiana. SCHEDULE: Site Visit: Self-Guided visit(s). Contractor will self-tour ALL bridges and certify on the Schedule B for each line item.
