The ship s Main Gas Turbine is currently non-operational and has an immediate need for new insulation materials as outlined in this Statement of Work (SOW). 1.0 GENERAL Background USCGC MUNRO inadvertently soaked the insulation surrounding GTBA-HOSE-1 with an oily water. The Contractor shall manufacture new removeable insulation covers to the dimensions and specs provided. OBJECTIVE The goal is to return CGC MUNRO to Fully Mission Capable (FMC) status.
