This announcement constitutes only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and no other written solicitation will not be issued. Offerors must actively be registered in System for Award Management - https://www.sam.gov The USCG Union City Housing has a requirement for the vendor to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to remove and replace the following: Pressure wash exterior of all units, prepare and paint all surfaces to match existing color, kitchen cabinets, bathroom fixtures, vanity and shower. Attic ventilation fan, 300 square feet of carpet, vinyl siding, exterior window sashes and replace with brick.
