This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and no other written solicitation will be issued. Offerors must actively be registered in System for Award Management - https://www.sam.gov The USCG Sector Mobile has a requirement for the vendor to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the following: The contractor is responsible for supplying all materials necessary for the construction of the metal building, including, but not limited to: Steel framing components, Roofing panels, Wall panels,Wainscot panels, Trim, Doors, Fasteners, and Sealants. All other necessary hardware and accessories. All materials shall be new and of good quality, meeting industry standards and manufacturer specifications. The contractor is responsible for the complete installation of the metal building, including Erection of steel framing. Installation of roofing panels. Installation of wall panels and wainscot. Installation of trim. Installation of doors (walk-in and rollup). Proper sealing and weatherproofing of all joints and seams. Ensuring all work is performed in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local building codes. Site cleanup and removal of construction debris Please see the attached Statement of Work for specifications of work, illustrations and POC’s for setting up site visits. 60 DAY ARO FOB Destination to: USCG Sector Mobile 1500 15th Street Mobile, AL 36615 FAR 52.237-1 - Site Visit. Offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable.
