Provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, testing, startup, commissioning, cleanup, documentation, and warranty support necessary to furnish and install chemical feeder systems for residential private well water systems at the identified U.S. Coast Guard housing units on North View Drive in Guilford, Connecticut. The work will treat existing well water conditions, including nuisance taste/odor concerns identified as a rotten egg smell, and will integrate new chemical injection equipment with the existing well, pressure tank, filtration, and household water treatment components as applicable at each occupied unit.

Work performed must be in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. All wage and benefit requirements must comply with the Service Contract Act and the Davis-Bacon Act, with wage rates and benefits in effect per the most up-to-date Davis-Bacon wage determinations for the place of performance and period of performance.
