The work consists of providing all labor, materials and equipment to replace the Electronic expansion valve (EEV) in a Trane Chiller Model # RTAC-1704-UR0N-UAFN-N1TY1DDN Serial# U09L05904 on circuit number one 01. Refer to the attached Statement of Work for additional details. All potential quoters are strongly encouraged to visit the site to field verify any/all quantities before submitting quotes. Two site visits will be held on 04/29/2026 at 1000 Eastern Time at USCG Base Portsmouth located at 4000 Coast Guard Blvd, Portsmouth VA 23703. All visitors must complete a visitor access request form in accordance with Base security policy and present a valid Real ID or Passport as a method of identification. Full name, date of birth, and last 4 of SSN must also be provided. Visitors with a valid Military ID or RAPIDGate pass will not be required to complete the access form.
