Market research is being conducted to gauge interest in a proposed single IDIQ contract to create, coordinate, install, and remove perforated window film graphics at U.S. Army Recruiting Command recruiting stations (stand-alone and collocated). The contract would provide perforated window film supplies and related installation/removal services through Delivery Orders, with a 12-month base period and two 12-month option years. This is an information request (RFI) for planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or a commitment to award; responses are not a quote and will not be reimbursed.

Also request input on alternative pricing approaches, anticipated lead time from order to installation, average installation and cure times for the window film, and small business status.
