In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.***** DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUIREMENT The purpose of this combined synopsis and solicitation is for the purchase, delivery, and installation of one new wire electrical discharge machine (EDM) drill in accordance with the minimum salient characteristics at Attachment 1 – Salient Characteristics.
