Amendment 1: To respond to Contractor questions. Question 1: Is this a brand new contract? Answer: Yes. This is brand new contract. Question 2: Does the end user have a brand/model preference for the material poliser or should I just bid to the specs? Answer: We will be evaluating based on the specs provided.
