This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is NOT set-aside for small business concerns and is solicited as unrestricted. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. Solicitation number W912HN26QA018 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for geotechnical laboratory testing services for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Savannah District. This acquisition will support USACE Savannah District s Geotechnical and HTRW Branch by providing geotechnical laboratory services. This organization coordinates geotechnical lab services for samples collected by USACE drill crews for customers within the contiguous United States. The laboratory selected for this agreement will perform testing of soil, rock, and aggregate materials for USACE projects across all mission areas. The period of performance for this contract includes a one-year base period and five option years. Electronic Submission: Offeror's quotes shall be submitted electronically to Mr. David A.
