Please ensure contact information includes the name of the point of contact, email address, and telephone number, should the Government have questions regarding individual responses. UEI Number. Specific details of the product(s) that your company offers in regard to this notice. Whether your content is available through a Government contract vehicle or Open Market. A brief capabilities statement (not to exceed 5 pages) that includes a description of your company's standard line of business, as well as a list of customers to whom your company currently provides the specific required content. Responses must include sufficient evidence that clearly shows your company is capable of providing the content described in this notice. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. This is a sole source action with the United States Postal Service, which was determined to be the only source capable of providing the required license with FastCheck software system, in alignment with a Memorandum of Understanding between the IRS and USPS. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 in compliance with FAR 13.5 procedures. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement, or by submitting capability statements. This notice of interest is not a request for competitive quotes. Offerors must be registered in SAM and all responsible sources may submit a quotation which, if timely received, will be considered by the Agency. Quotes are due no later than the response date in the posting. Responses/offers shall be submitted electronically, PDF or MS Word Format to email address in the posting.
