The Government requires a full-service lease for: A minimum of 1,000 rentable square feet (RSF) and a maximum of 1,300 RSF of retail office space for a California Army National Guard Armed Forces Career Center Lease term not to exceed five (5) years with Government termination rights Located within a defined delineated area in Fresno, CA N: W San Jose Ave to N Feland Ave to W Shaw Ave, S: W Ashlan Ave, E: N Bradley Ave, W: N Marks Ave Designated on-site parking for up to three (3) government vehicles must be provided on a 24 hours 7 day a week basis Offered space must meet Government requirements per the terms of the Government Lease.
