The U.S. Government is seeking retail office space for U.S Air Force, Marines, and Navy. The Government requires a full-service lease for: A minimum of 2,383 rentable square feet (RSF) and a maximum of 2,510 RSF of retail office space for a U.S. Armed Forces Career Center Lease term less than five (5) years with Government termination rights Located within a defined delineated area: City Limits of Daly City, California Undesignated on-site parking for up to twelve (12) government vehicles must be provided on a 24 hours 7 day a week basis Offered space must meet Government requirements per the terms of the Government Lease. Interested respondents may include building owners and representatives with the exclusive right to represent building owners.
