Dear Prospective Quoter, The United States State Department has a requirement for contractors to provide an Mercedes Benz 517 CDI - High Roof - 20+1 vehicle. You are invited to submit a quotation. Scope os Supplies: Mercedes Benz 517 CDI - High Roof - 20+1 - Sprinter - Passenger van with a minimum of 15.5 cubic meters of cargo space behind the driver and front passenger seats. - It should feature additional passenger seats in a 20+1 configuration that are removable. - Vehicle should feature four wheels on the back axle for added stability, as well as an anti-lock braking (ABS) system. - The engine should meet or exceed 170 cv / kW in power. - The quoted price must encompass all costs, including labor, materials, overhead, profit, and transportation required to deliver the vehicle to the U.S. Consulate in São Paulo, Brazil. - The price must be quoted in Brazilian Real (BRL). - Vendors may propose any passenger van model that meets the specified requirements. - The vehicle must be manufactured for the Brazilian market. It must also be capable of operating efficiently and cleanly with Brazilian S10 diesel fuel or superior. - Only vehicles from the current model year (2025/2025) will be considered. Payment method: EFT - Electronic Funds Transfer - Net 30 days after the delivery of vehicle. Important Note: The government will not handleany import procedures for the vehicle. Interested parties must have an active SAM registration and provide their UniqueEntity Identifier (UEI) along with their expression of interest. The State Department plans to award a Purchase Order. You are encouraged tomake your quotation competitive. You are also cautioned against any collusionwith other potential offerors with regard to price quotations. This announcement does not commit the State Department to make any award. TheState Department reserves the right to change or cancel this announcement, orany part of it, without notice.
