The purpose of this RFI is for the USCG to gain an understanding of the capabilities and availability of material handling and rigging assets, operators, and services in the greater Baltimore area for a sustained, extended time period of time for the local offload of heavy marine and electrical systems equipment, machinery skids, pallets, and tri-walls from delivery trucks, and placement of items in a government-owned or government leased warehouse facility.
