Description/Statement of Work/Specification: SPECIFICATIONS Name brand ECHO REVOLVE R4 microscopes Specifications Description: For both Microscopes: • Microscopes must be an "all-in-one" inverted/upright bright-field/fluorescent microscope to fit limited work space • Must be "self-contained" and not require the purchase of an external computer system and associated software licensing so that images can be analyzed and shared by researchers from different labs. • Must come with filter units that allow it to work with DAPI, FITC, GFP, EGFP, and Texas-Red stained/fluorescent samples with the option for adding additional filters as needed. • Ability to add additional objective lenses as needed which the REVOLVE R4 model provides on its lens turret. • Must provide the ability to add an optical Z-stack function. • We require a minimum dedicated 5 megapixel camera for taking monochrome pictures and a 12 megapixel color CMOS camera for brightfield imaging. The system should have the ability to perform video capture with audio annotation and view and capture images with Brightfield, Darkfield, Phase Contrast and Polarized illumination. • Should allow for Cloud sharing data transfer to Dropbox, iCloud, and Airdrop. • Software is included that allows for image manipulation, Z-stacking, overlay, annotations for calibrated measurements. • LED powered bulb for longer lasting lifespan of the light source. For Microscope#1: - Must come with 10x, 40x, 60x, 100x objective planar phase contrast lenses For Microscope#2: - Must come with 10x and 40x objectives. Upright/inverted Microscope System Quantity: 2 Unit Type: Each Minimum Requirements: (Each item is required to meet the following characteristics/capabilities.) vii. FAR Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, is incorporated by reference and applies to this acquisition. Quoters are required to complete in full FAR Provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (DEVIATION), with their quote online at SAM: www.sam.gov. An quoter must state in their quote if they completed FAR 52.212-3 online and that is it up-to-date and valid. See the attached RFQ terms and conditions for more requirements. System updates may lag policy updates. The System for Award Management (SAM) may continue to require entities to complete representations based on provisions that are not included in agency solicitations, including 52.223-22, Public Disclosure of Greenhouse Gas Emissions and Reduction Goals—Representation, and paragraph (t) of 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications—Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Agencies will not consider or use these representations. Entities are not required to, nor are they able to, update their entity registration to remove these representations in SAM xi.
