The Upgrade is to consist of the following minimum requirements: Extension of quench and rinse tank rails, extension of utility lines, provide a stationary gantry stand rated for 4000 pounds with two (2) electric chain hoists mounted to the structure, provide a catwalk and OSHA compliant ladder to provide for visual inspection capability of the quench and rinse tanks, a new Honeywell Minitrend Graphic Recorder with additional SD card reader, and upgraded components to the limit switches. The upgrade must include alteration to the California Heating Equipment Model 2.0VVP-EH-60/60MHV Drop Bottom Furnace PLC programming controls and verification of complete, proper functionality.
