THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION PACKAGE AVAILABLE. The Naval Air Warfare Center Lakehurst is requesting information pertaining to the procurement of the Universal Throttle System (UTS), Part Number 4265AS9032-1, as support of Common Engine Test Set (CETS), Part Number 4027AS7110-01. Fielding of the UTS by United States Navy is anticipated for Fiscal Year 26. The UTS intends to provide ancillary support to the Land-Based sites to support engine testing for JETI engines. The Government is requesting availability information for production units of the following Part Number: Universal Throttle System (UTS), P/N: 4265AS9032-1. The purpose of the request for information is to identify potential contractors capable of supplying UTS. It is the Government s intent to procure adequate quantities of the referenced parts to support the Common Engine Test Set (CETS). This RFI is to determine whether there are any contractors capable of supplying the Universal Throttle System. It is requested that information be submitted NO LATER THAN 24 November 2025 to Ms. Gianna Gatto, by electronic mail at: gianna.v.gatto.civ@us.navy.mil. Any comments provided may or may not be included in a formal solicitation. The Government WILL NOT PAY for any information received in response to this RFI nor will the Government compensate any respondent with costs incurred in developing the information provided to the Government. The Government will not release any information marked with a Proprietary legend, received in response to this RFI, to any firms, agencies, or individuals outside the Government without written permission in accordance with the legend.
