Statement of Work (SOW) Summary The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum (USHMM) requires a contractor to provide all labor, materials, and equipment for the testing and maintenance of facility generators. Proposal Submittals (Instructions to Offerors) To be considered for award, offerors must submit the following: Technical Approach: A detailed description of your approach to a successful testing and maintenance plan. Experience & Past Performance: References for 3 to 5 contracts of similar size and nature performed within the last ten (10) years. Note: Failure to provide these references will result in a non-responsive proposal. Financial Proposal: Pricing for quarterly maintenance and load testing per generator. Include a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) spreadsheet with: Repair Hourly Rates (Normal and After-Hours). Percentage Markup for cost-on-repair components. Material Mark-up. Evaluation & Award Factors The USHMM will make a single award to the responsible Offeror whose offer is determined to be the Best Value to the Government.
