GENERAL GUIDELINES: This Sources Sought (SS) is solely for the identification of potential business sources for the above-stated purchase for market research and planning purposes. This SS does not constitute a solicitation or Request for Proposals (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. Furthermore, the United States Air Force (USAF) is not seeking proposals, nor will it accept unsolicited proposals at this time. Any response to this notice is not an offer and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responders are solely responsible for any and all expenses associated with responding to this SS. PURPOSE: The purpose of this SS is to conduct market research to determine the existence and interest of prospective qualified business sources that can accomplish the manufacture and delivery of ~800 Sanders Technology Advanced Reduced Instructions Set Computer (STAR) XIII Mission Computers (MC), Part Number 697960-13. The USAF currently anticipates the following estimated quantities with delivery schedule by Fiscal Year (FY): FY29: 127 FY30: 224 FY31: 200 FY32: 211 FY33: 35 RESPONSES: All prospective offerors shall submit a capabilities package that clearly demonstrates company expertise, capabilities, and experience with the manufacture and delivery of STAR XIII MC, Part Number 697960-13. The capabilities package shall discuss specific examples of work performed as it directly pertains to this requirement as well as ability to meet the USAF's anticipated delivery schedule. Responses shall be submitted electronically to the Government no later than noon (Eastern Standard Time), 03 September 2025.
