Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPSs) and cables N68335-25-R-0480

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Iris Technology Corporation (Iris) CAGE: 78535 for the issuance of a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The IDIQ will be for the procurement of Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPSs) and cables. The Government anticipates delivery orders to be issued on a Firm-Fixed-Price basis. Only Iris manufactures UPSs and cables that meet the unique combination of requirements for form, fit, function, and performance while maintaining configuration management and interoperability within the RIS FoS and have passed the required testing. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate this requirement under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), FAR 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, the Government will consider all responses received within fifteen days after the date of publication of this synopsis. Registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) is mandatory for consideration. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
