SCHEDULE OF SUPPLIES/SERVICES: See Attachment B Pricing Sheet. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: GLS has a requirement for a contractor to provide industrial uniforms to an estimated 80 GLS employees. The contractor will be required to furnish, launder, repair, and replace industrial uniform services on a weekly basis in Massena, NY. CONTRACT TYPE: This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ) that will result in the award of a firm fixed price contract under FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13, subject to the availability of funds. CONTRACT PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The period of performance will consist of a 12-month base year and three (3) twelve-month option years.
