Best Value will be determined by evaluating each quotation for one or more of the following: PRICE, TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE, DELIVERY (ARO), AND PAST PERFORMANCE. Awards will be issued with a Purchase Card or through a Purchase Order, SF-1449. All future information about this solicitation, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site.
