The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers. The Contractor shall perform to the standards specified in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). Contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary as defined in this PWS. The Contractor is responsible for providing all parts required for Preventive Maintenance (PMs) and all repair parts required for Demand Maintenance (DMs). This notice shall be considered a Request for Quote (RFQ) and the solicitation number is W9124M-26-R-A001. The solicitation document and incorporated clauses and provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2024-02. Effective Date 22 January 2024. This requirement is a Small Business set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit a quote. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561990 Other Building Equipment Contractors with a corresponding Small Business Size Standard of $16.5 million.
