UGR-E Components FTRA

DLA Troop Support, Subsistence Directorate, Operational Rations, Group Rations intends to solicit a request for proposal on Solicitation SPE3S1-25-R-0010. The proposed acquisition shall be Unrestricted for Full and Open competition for UGR-E Components. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to Depot Tracy, CA. Contract Type: 3-Year Tiered Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity Contract Source Selection Method: Lowest Price Technicaly Acceptable Pricing Agreement: Firm Fixed-Price Inspection at Origin. Acceptance at Destination All responsible parties may submit a proposal. Product Demonstration Models are required. If interested, immediately contact the Contracting Officer listed on this notice. UGR-E program provides a complete meal to 18 individuals. There are four breakfast and eight lunch/dinner menus. The UGR-E consists of one box. This is a Sources Sought Notice. The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support Philadelphia Operational Rations Program Office is interested in your feedback regarding the Pouch Bacon (150 slices per package). The components are utilized in the UGR-M and UGR-Heat and Serve programs. Of particular interest is a supplier’s ability to meet increased quantity and/or accelerated delivery requirements, in support of Department of Defense contingencies and/or emergency peacetime requirements. This capability includes both the ability to ramp up to meet early delivery or increased requirements (i.e., Surge), as well as to sustain an increased production and delivery pace throughout the contingency (i.e., Sustainment). This is not a solicitation for proposals, and there is no solicitation available currently. The Government will not pay for any information received in response to this notification, nor will the Government compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing the information provided to the Government. This notification does not constitute a commitment from the Government, and any information provided in response to this notification will be used for informational purposes only.
