NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE This notice is being published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 5.101(a)(1) requiring dissemination of information for proposed contract actions. The requirement consists of the implementation, training, and technical support for an SPD competency management platform to support sterile processing operations at the Dublin VAMC.
