The purpose of this amendment is to: 1.The solicitation SPE4A8-25-Q-0052, for Two (2) Automated Shot Peen Booths in accordance with Purchase Description VIBB 23-20-1101, Dated 01 July 2025, close date will be extended until COB 08 September 2025. The purpose of this extension is to provide answers to questions: Vendor Questions: 1. How many parts will need to be programmed? 2. Will parts (test fixtures) be available to ship to vendor for the factory programming and testing? 3. Do they intend to keep using both media sizes (CW14 and CW28)? 4. Does Plan of Action and Milestones have to be submitted in Microsoft Project or will Excel or other software be acceptable? 5. How many amps are available in the building (need to confirm there is enough power to run the equipment)? 6. How many parts will be run for the Acceptance Testing? 7. It is my understanding that there may be a preferred electrician that Tinker already uses and is familiar with installations at Tinker. I believe the previous Hartwig salesman used said electrician, but I can t locate any past records of the company. Is there a preferred electrician that we can contact for electrical connections? 8. Is the point of electrical connection at the bus bar above the machine? 9. During the walkthrough we were not allowed to take photos. Can you provide photos of the existing machine, the overall space, the current air compressor, and the power and air connection points (For the machine photos, we would like to see both the inside and outside of the blast machine, as well as the recovery system and dust collector)? 10. What is the CFM capacity and pressure of the existing compressor? 11. What is the maximum AMP capacity and voltage of the existing power supply? 12. The SOW specifies the use of CNC controls. And if so, can we control this in our control panel by linking the 2 together via an ethernet connection? 16. Conversely, could both machine cabinets chambers be combined into one system (with one common recovery system, and one control panel which would control both blast chambers)? 17. 2.1.2 - Cannot locate attachments A-F.
