153rd Wyoming ANG Contracting in Cheyenne, WY hereby gives notice of its INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT to Front Range Television LLC. for procurement to provide TV Advertising with Wyoming ABC and FOX networks. All materials, labor, tools, and transportation needed to furnish the following: CLIN 0001 - TV Advertising with Wyoming ABC and FOX networks 10 Months This requirement is conducted under FAR 6.301-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy the Requirement. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source procurement action to Front Range Television LLC. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE OR PROPOSAL. The Government has a need for Front Range Television LLC. to provide TV Advertising with Wyoming ABC and FOX networks for the Wyoming Air National Guard. Period of Performance: 10 Months from date of award Therefore, Front Range Television LLC. is the only known company that can satisfy the Government s requirement. Interested parties must provide rationale as to why they should be considered.
