This is services contract for janitorial services at Tusquitee Ranger District Complex at Nantahala National Forest, North Carolina. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 561720 The small business size standard is $22M This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. A formal site visit is not scheduled, or required, to submit an offer. Potential Offerors may request a site visit with a minimum of seven (7) calendar days advance notice. Unauthorized or unannounced visits to the project location are strictly prohibited.
