Summary

AI-generated · Aug 07, 2026

A contractor is sought to provide turnkey event planning, production, and management for the inaugural American Thanksgiving in Singapore Festival. The contractor will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of the festival—concept design, venue and stakeholder coordination, project and production management, staging, AV, lighting, sound, logistics, setup and teardown, waste removal, exhibitor/sponsor/vendor coordination, entertainment, food and beverage activations, marketing, registration and guest flow, health and safety, on-site operations, required licenses and permits, and post-event closeout—and must deliver a complete, operation-ready event with the government-provided items excluded.

The prime must have active on-site management in Singapore and designate an experienced on-site event manager with authority to direct work, manage subcontractors, resolve issues, and coordinate with the Contracting Officer’s Representative and stakeholders. The on-site manager must be available for planning meetings, site visits, rehearsals, setup, during the event, and teardown. Subcontracting is allowed, but the prime remains fully responsible for all subcontractors’ performance, safety, quality, and timely delivery. Quotations will be firm-fixed-price and evaluated without discussions; applicants must be SAM-registered and authorized to operate in Singapore, providing evidence of licenses and qualifications as requested.

This is a pre-solicitation notice only. The solicitation is not available at this time. Quotations submitted in response to this notice will not be accepted. The U.S. Department of State, U.S. Embassy Singapore, intends to issue a Request for Quotations for turnkey event planning, production, and management services for the inaugural American Thanksgiving in Singapore Festival.
