Woodward, Inc. is the only responsible source capable of fulfilling the Navy s specific technical requirements for this effort. The proposed award is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. The applicable Product Service Code (PSC) for this requirement is 6110. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. However, interested parties may identify their interest and submit a capability statement addressing their ability to meet the requirement. The Government will consider all information received prior to the closing date and time of this synopsis. Any information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
