The requirement for RFQ 1232SA26Q0699 is a Base+4. The Base+1 identifier top of Page 3 of the SF1449 document is incorrect as is the Base+1 callout in Attachment 1 Performance Work Statement and QASP section 3.0. Attachment 1 Performance Work Statement and QASP section 3.0 will be corrected on any subsequent award.
