Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of experience of liaison and/or referral management processing within the last ten (10) years between host nation hospitals and US hospitals (including MTFs). License/certification: Required to have and maintain a current, active, valid and unrestricted license (with no limitations, stipulations, or pending adverse actions) to practice as a RN. Language Requirement: Ability to communicate effectively in both in English and in Korean languages, orally and written. However, the Republic of Korea (ROK)-United States (U.S.) Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA), may preclude the U.S. Government from granting Invited Contractor or Technical Representative Status to any offeror, for this requirement. All sources submitting a quote, including U.S. sources, must already have OR confirm their ability to obtain the requisite business licenses directly from the ROK Government, and conduct business in accordance with all applicable ROK laws, including but not limited to, rules and policies regarding labor, taxation, and immigration. If an initial quote does not fully demonstrate this authorization and capacity, it will not be further considered for award. Whether an offeror demonstrates this authorization and capacity shall be determined by the Contracting Officer.
