Accordingly, offerors are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed. b. An organized site visit has been scheduled for 20 August 2025 at 9:30 am CST. Visitors Center hours of operation are Monday - Thursday 0600 - 1700, Friday 0600 - 1600. It is highly recommended to arrive at the visitor center AT LEAST 2 hours before the scheduled start time of the site visit as the average wait times at the visitor center can range from 45-90 minutes. The Visitor Center is normally the least busy between the hours of 0600 - 0900. Please plan to get your base pass early, as we do not want to delay the site visit start time due to waiting for participants to get their pass.
