Tree Trimming and Removal under this contract has four broad objectives: 1) To provide for the safety of peiople and property. 2) To preserve trees and to maintain them in a healthy and vigorous condition. 3) To maintain the efficient operation of security. 4) To maintain the aesthetics of both the trees and the environment Service Contract Labor Standards 15-4143 Latest Revision Applies and is Incorporated.
