The Custom Solutions Group system build accomplishes analysis in a single sample introduction & test event and meet the following salient characteristics: Instrument shall be fully compliant and provide test results in accordance with standard test method(s) described in MIL-PRF-27407E Propellant Pressurizing Agent Helium, MIL-PRF-27401H Propellant Pressurizing Agent Nitrogen and MIL-PRF-27201E Propellant Pressurizing Agent Hydrogen. Instrument shall be capable of quantifying trace Hydrogen, Argon, Oxygen, Neon and Nitrogen in bulk Helium gas IAW para 4.4.2 of MIL-PRF-27407E. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS. No solicitation package will be issued. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government. All responses received by 3 April 2026 @ 1:00PM EST will be considered by the Government. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes.
