This project includes deep cleaning, topside, at 15 Missile Alert Facilities (MAF) in accordance with Performance Work Statement dated 6 August 2025. This CUI map and layout documents are necessary to understand the full scope of the requirement. Assessments shall be valid within the past three (3) years and have a score of 110.
