Interested parties must be registered in SAM.GOV in order to be awarded a contract. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award. The Judiciary is not subject to the FAR or small business regulations for open market procurements and thus this will not be set aside for small business.
