Contractor to design, supply and install various fall protection systems, as per scope of work, at Watervliet Arsenal in Watervliet, NY. 1 Lot FOB Destination Procurement will be completed 180 days after notice to proceed. It is estimated that the issue date of solicitation is 26 July 2025. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) Registration must be active and include representations and certifications.

Wage Determination General Decision Number: NY2 current revision applies and is incorporated. 100% Payment or Performance Bonds are required.
