Preliminary title commitments based on and/or written off of previously issued policies or so called back policies shall not be sufficient. Additionally, the Government may choose to exercise options for an update (Continuation) to the preliminary title commitments on any or all of the seven (7) parcels of land, options for closing and escrow services, including review and comment on the associated deed and any curative materials, and any other tasks necessary to close the transaction and ensure that good and marketable title to the real estate interests vest in the United States of America for any or all of all the parcels of land, as well as options for final American Land Title Association (ALTA) U.S. Policy - 9/28/91 (revised 12/03/12) on any or all of the parcels of land.
