The Naval Special Warfare Command intends to issue a solicitation for TimeZero Navigational Software. The acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This acquisition will utilize a 100% small business set-aside. NSW intends to solicit requirements for TimeZero Navigational Software only among authorized resellers of said software.
