This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Department of the Army intends to award a firm-fixed-price, sole-source contract to GE Aviation Systems LLC, 3290 Patterson Ave SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49512-1934, for Time-Sensitive Network (TSN) training services. GE Aerospace is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and developer of the proprietary Chronos & Helios software and associated hardware, making them the only source capable of providing the required in-depth training on their systems for military ground vehicle platforms.
