This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation is issued as a or Request for Proposal (RFP). (iv) This procurement is a total set aside for small business. The NAICS code is 212321 Construction Sand and Gravel Mining and the Small Business Size Standard is 500 Employees.
