The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA), Healthcare Contracting Division - West, intends to award a firm fixed price supply purchase to CDW GOVERNMENT LLC for Mike O’Callaghan Military Medical Center (MOMMC) 99th Medical Support Squadron, Nellis Air Force Base (AFB), Nevada in accordance with the Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul (RFO) 12.102 Restricting competition, only one source being available to meet the Government’s needs, to: CDW GOVERNMENT LLC 230 N MILWAUKEE AVE VERNON HILLS, ILLINOIS 60061 UEI: PHZDZ8SJSCM1 CAGE: 1KH72 The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541519 – Other Computer Related Services. The Product Service Code (PSC) is DK10 – IT and Telecom – Storage As A Service. The requirement is to provide a communication platform used by 99 MDG providers and clinical staff to coordinate patient care. It enables real-time messaging, patient hand-off, and on-call coordination. This service contract renewal ensures continuity of clinical operations and supports safe and efficient patient care. The system significantly reduces delays in communication, decreases preventable medical errors, and improves provider accountability during shift transitions at MOMMC, Nellis AFB, NV. Location: MOMMC, Nellis AFB, NV Ordering Period: 30 September 2026 – 29 September 2031 Based on market research, it has been determined that CDW Government LLC is the only vendor that provides a turn-key FedRAMP approved, cloud-based service that provides a secure and HIPAA approved texting solution. The solution must be capable of supporting a minimum of 900 users and have the ability to add additional users, required by the Systems Office that can meet the Government’s requirement. Sources interested in responding to this notice are required to submit a capability statement that includes management and technical data and cost information, in sufficient detail and with convincing evidence that clearly demonstrates the capability to provide the above requirement for MOMMC Sterile Processing Department, Nellis AFB, NV. Capability statements shall not exceed six (8.5 x 11 inch) pages using a font size no smaller than 10-point. All capability statements received by the due date of this notice will be considered by the Government. A request for documentation or additional information or submissions that only ask questions will not be considered as an affirmative response.
