DLA Aviation Richmond intends to issue a solicitation to procure three (3) Ultra High-Pressure Robotic Waterjet Coating Removal Systems with contract completion required by 660 days after award for Fleet Readiness Center Southeast, Jacksonville, FL A Complete technical data package VIB 26-20-1000 including all design, lubrication, supplies, site visit and labor requirements will be included as a part of the solicitation. The solicitation may include a request for three (3) ) Ultra High-Pressure Robotic Waterjet Coating Removal Systems with Rigging, Installation, Training, IUID Tag, Technical Data, Shipping and Removal (1 machine) are attached to the Solicitation. DLA-A intends to issue Request for Proposal SPE4A8-26-R-0003 is anticipated to issue on or around Wednesday, 08 April 2026. FOB will be at Destination. Inspection at Origin/Acceptance at Destination DLA-A intends to issue 100% small business set-aside solicitation. Award shall result in a Firm, Fixed Price Contract. This solicitation and award will be made under FAR 13.5 procedures. Site visit is scheduled to provide potential contractors with the opportunity to view the installation location.
