The period of performance is for a one (1) twelve-month base period and four (4) twelve-month option periods. The Pentagon library requires online access to Foreign Policy (FP) articles and research available through the website, foreignpolicy.com to support research needs of the Pentagon Reservation. The estimated value of the contract will range from $100,000.00 to $115,000.00. The anticipated award will be made under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901 under the procedures FAR 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The foreign policy subscriptions are considered commercial products as defined in FAR 2.101, and the procurement will be conducted using simplified acquisition procedures under FAR 13.5.
